
STAGE 2: Musculoskeletal Assessment: of bony alignment and muscle tension; tests maybe used to help identify specific muscles and nerves that are compromised.
Advice on:
Posture – put corrective measures in place e.g walking tall, changing
orientation of car seat, change workstation configuration etc.
Stretches – to de-stress the body and limber it up; prepare for sport
Exercise – to increase flexibility & tone and therefore reduce risk of injury; increase oxygen flow to body; work the heart harder and reduce chance of cardiac arrest;
Lifestyle – check if body is being used correctly
